The Carmelite sisters in Dysart undertook this for us and have printed 200 for General Intentions and 200 for the Repose of the Soul of deceased family or friends. Margaret has these cards available from the Stall priced at £.60p each.

RCIA – Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
Do you feel drawn to exploring Christianity in the Catholic tradition, maybe even wondering about becoming a Catholic ? Well, RCIA  might be for you.  This year’s RCIA sessions begin on Wednesday 6th  September from 7.30-9pm at Our Lady of the Angels, Camelon. Please contact me if you’d like to know more. Fr John.
St Francis Xavier’s, Falkirk
extend a cordial invitation to join in their fun on Sunday 27th August at St Mary of the Angels, starting at 1.30pm. We have a magician, face-painting, bbq, parish stalls, bouncy castle, soft archery, all the fun of the fair. Our Polish and Syro-Malabar communities will entertain us with song/dance and we will reciprocate with an ‘outdoor ceilidh’. Everything free of charge. Please park in Tesco’s across the road.
It used to be the case that when you wished a Mass to be celebrated for a Special Intention or Anniversary you simply approached your Parish Priest a week or so beforehand in order ‘book’ its place on the Mass Calendar.  However, that is no longer possible as our Parish is growing in numbers and consequently so are requests for Masses. Our Parish Calendar of Masses is consistently ‘booked’ several months in advance, so in order to avoid disappointment, please consider contacting me well in advance to ‘book’ a Mass for an anniversary intention. When looking to have Mass celebrated timeously for one recently deceased, you may wish to consider forwarding your request to one of the Mission Orders or via myself to my retired priest friend. Thank you & God Bless.
