St Margaret of Scotland Youth Group (SMSYG) Jacqui Butterly one of our parishioners, is running her first ever marathon on 21 May at Stirling. She is running with the aim of raising funds in aid of the St Margaret of Scotland Youth Group (SMSYG). The SMSYG are volunteers who provide support to the pilgrims and their families each year at Lourdes - Jacqui's niece is a member of SMSYG and is undertaking her 2nd trip to Lourdes this summer. Jacqui has set-up a webpage to collect donations from anyone who feels they are in a position to contribute.

Children's Liturgy Any child who is due to start school after the summer is now welcome to attend Children's Liturgy on a Sunday. Feel free to talk to one of the Children's Liturgy leaders if you'd like any more information.

…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

Garden Maintenance Team The parish already has Finance teams; Fabric teams; Cleaning teams; Children's Liturgy; Women's groups, Welcomers and Pass-keepers etc. There is also a need for volunteers to look after the garden on a rotating basis, depending on how many volunteers we get, to keep the garden tidy and free from weeds. There would be no planting or other activities required at this stage although suggestions would be welcome.  At present the grass is being cut on a regular basis by a local contractor and would be separate from the maintenance activities.

………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Christian Aid Coffee morning The grand total of £661 was raised at our joint coffee morning with Larbert Old and West churches. Huge thanks to all who came along, baked and helped. The morning was a great success.
